Return Policy

We will do our best to ensure you are happy with your dining experience. Please note that most of the errors should they occur are out of Dishzilla control since we are not the ones preparing and in some cases delivering the food for you.

 The following is the outline of refund policy. We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time and prior notice.  Wrong FoodPlease call or email us at support@dishzilla.com with your actual order number and your confirmation email as soon as you notice that you get the wrong food. You may come to pick up or ask us to re deliver your food within same millage in the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free.  For credit card, we will void the last transaction of your credit card charge and recharge it for the new dollar amount. For cash, you will be asked to pay the differences of the balance if the new food has more value than the wrong food. In the same way, you will get the differences of the balance back if the new food has less value than the wrong food. In Some cases, we may offer you a store credit or coupons for your next purchase if restaurant is not accepting the responsibility.All cases, please return the wrong food in the original container(s)* to our driver or our cashier to avoid additional charge.Missed FoodPlease call us as soon as you notice missing items. You may come to pick up or ask us to re deliver the missing items within the same delivery distance and time frame of your original order for free. You may choose to cancel the missed food before we cook without any question, and we will refund the balance of the order to you or give you credit for next order. Don't Like taste of the FoodIf you are not satisfied with your dish we will do our best to contact the restaurant and get a full refund for the disliked items. Although there are not guarantees, In some cases we may be able to exchange the item (to a similar in dollar amount only). There won't be any refund in cash. For exchange, you may not get the differences of the value of the food back. If the new food has more value, you will be asked to cover the balance. You may come to pick up the food or ask us to do the delivery for you. Appropriate delivery fees may apply. Return / CancelSorry, no refund if you change your mind after all the food has been cooked.

Refund Policy:

Unless prohibited by law, in the event of any error in your order or the amount you were charged, you are entitled to a credit, provided it is brought to our attention within 10 days of your order date. If you do not raise the issue within 10 days of your order date, you waive the ability to receive a credit for any error.
